Pink Disco - Premium Soy Candle by Sybs
Queer people often long for a special place, away from our present reality which promises all those things we might lack - technicolour excitement, other queer people, safety, understanding, joy, pleasure, an opportunity to find out who we are, a place to which we can make our grand escape and grow to become the person we’re meant to be, surrounded by people who are like us!
Pink Disco is bright, a little sweet and smokey - it’s chasing who u dream u could be, leaving who others think u are, thinking only of the people u could meet and the promise of experiencing all of the joys u just know are out there for u and indulging all yr hopes & dreams, giving into sweet delusion.
but it’s also nostalgic, rooted in where you’ve come from, acknowledging who u have been, honouring that and realising you’re made up of all the people you’ve been before.
no matter how far u go, how u shift & change, it’s coming back to those things that ground u.
Scent Profile
Pink Disco is made up of spicy cumin, italian leather, dutch tulip, black tea, redcurrant, red mandarin, pink peppercorn.

Care Instructions
How to ensure you get the most out of your candle and ensure your own and other's safety:
- Ensure you light your candle on a heatproof surface and with no hazards such as curtains, plants or paper close by.
- It's also important to minimise the amount of breeze, particularly for the first burn.
- The first time you light your candle, ensure that you allow it to burn long enough to melt right to the edges of the candle jar. This prevents tunnelling and means that your candle will always melt to this point.
- Never leave your candle unattended, particularly around children and pets.
- Do not burn your candle for longer than four hours at a time.
- Ensure that you trim your wick to approximately 5mm in length before you light it, to prevent smoke and an overly large flame.
For wood wick candles only:
- When you first light your wood wick, you'll want to turn it on it's side and run the flame of a lighter (not a match) along the top of the wick to ensure an even catch.
- It's likely you will need to do this two-three times before it lights properly.
